I downloaded the templates but I can't access them – why?

All of our templates are compressed in a .ZIP format which are compatible with both PC and Mac OSX. On a PC, you will need to unzip the files, which is generally a pre-installed function. Right click on the .ZIP and select 'Extract all' On a Mac, simply double-click the ZIP file.

* Please note that for some older computers you may need to install a program such as WinZip to open up the zip folders.
