My template shows that it should be designed upside down. How do I do that?

You can either rotate the template or you can rotate your image and text layers so that they are displayed correctly on the template.

After you enter a new "layer" there will be a small wheel underneath the layer. Click and drag that in a rotating motion to flip the text or image into place.
