How long does it take to manufacture a project? What is the typical turnaround?

What is a Turn Around Time?

The term 'Turnaround Time' typically refers to the number of business days it will take to produce your order after we receive all of your parts (design and content) and your proof is approved.

We use noon ET as a production deadline to start your project that day. So if we have all parts and your proof is approved BEFORE noon on a business day (M-F), that counts as Day 0 (zero). After noon, tomorrow counts as Day 0 (zero).

For duplicated (100-299 discs) CD-Rs and DVD-Rs, we offer Rush 1-day, Priority 3-day, and Standard 5-7 day Production times.

Due to the nature of how they are produced, we cannot offer Wallets, Jackets, Digipaks, and other board packaging with a Rush 1-day service. The same applies to replicated (300+ discs) CDs and DVDs, you can choose from Priority 3-day, Standard 5-7 days, or Economy 10-13 days.

So, if you have all parts to us before noon on a Monday and choose our Standard turnaround time it would be ready to ship out 6-8 business days later.

Same scenario, but you choose 1-day rush as your turnaround, which would be ready to ship out 1 business day later. Tuesday.

Please note that this does not include time in transit. Be sure to add 2-5 business days for your estimated in-home date based on your location and the shipping service chosen.

*Note - business days include Monday through Friday. We do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays as production days.
