What to do if you received damaged items (Jewel Cases, etc)

If you received your final product and some of the items are damaged, please let us know!

We may need to work with the shipping carrier to have this resolved, but will do everything we can to take care of the damaged items you received. 

Please e-mail us:

  • Quantity damaged
  • Damaged items (inside the box)
  • Damaged items (outside of the box)
  • Packaging material
  • Shipping label with tracking number
  • One photo showing top + two sides of box
  • One photo showing bottom + opposite two sizes of box
  • Box manufacturers certificate (round stamp on outside of box)
